How do I source carbon fiber or fiberglass composites from you?
Each product page explains how ordering works. Send us a message through the website or by email, and a sales representative will reply with product information and suggest a suitable lightweight material for your application.
What composite materials do you produce?
Carbon fiber: carbon fiber sheets, carbon fiber woven fabric, colored carbon fiber tubes and unidirectional carbon fiber. Fiberglass: fiberglass cloth, fiberglass mesh, fiberglass roving and yarn, fiberglass chopped strands and fiberglass chopped strand mat.
What is the average lead time?
Samples take about 5 days. Mass production takes 20 to 30 days after we receive your deposit and your final approval of the product. If these lead times do not fit your deadline, tell our sales team your schedule and we will try to accommodate it.
What pre-sales and after-sales services do you offer?
Online consultation before you order, free product manuals and project documents, and free sample shipping. If a batch has quality problems, the affected products are replaced in a later batch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on the delivery method. Express is the fastest but also the most expensive; sea freight is usually the most economical option for large orders. Tell us the quantity, weight and preferred shipping method and we will quote an exact cost.
